This project features permeable paving weaved into the design, while weathered steel risers paired with subtle under-step lighting add depth, warmth, and a sense of quiet drama as day transitions into evening. A beautifully decorated sunken hot tub completes the space matching the rest of the landscape.
Beneath the patio, functionality was integrated thoughtfully. A discreet access point was incorporated into this project to support hot tub maintenance. A custom-fabricated access tray was installed flush within the patio surface, preserving the clean lines of the space while ensuring essential infrastructure remains accessible and unobtrusive.
Textured planting softens the clean geometry of the muted paver palette, providing contrast and movement against the strong linear framework. Defined by precision, this landscape is an expression of contemporary design, where every straight line mattered, and executing them to a high standard was both the challenge and the achievement.
